The Motorola Droid RAZR M is another one Android smartphone launched by Motorola in 2012 for Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network. Like the original Droid RAZR, this handset has features a 4.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with qHD resolution, 960 x 540 pixels large enough to watch video and browse the Web. This Verizon 4G phone also works on 3G CDMA2000 EV-DO, Rev A  and  2G CDMA 800/1900 MHz networks as well as 2G GSM quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and it comes with unlocked GSM.

Motorola Droid RAZR M is powered by a robust 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor with integrated Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM which deliver the high performance, excellent multitasking, a superior user experience for Web browsing, games, user interfaces and other graphics applications. Like the Atrix HD, the Motorola Droid RAZR M sports 8-megapixel autofocus camera with single LED flash at the rear. The physical ports consists microUSB v2.0 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also GPS receiver with A-GPS support and GLONASS for navigation.
